Issa style personality post again!!
I don't know why I'm always excited when it's time for this particular segment, I hope you're excited too though? It's going to be a lituation!

How are you guys doing? I'm very well too, thanks for asking😊

Okay, so today's style personality is a very beautiful ladywith style and confidence, and I've been following her style for like three years now (I promise I'm not a stalker) and I just told myself she had to be here. Approaching her was really easy because she's very pleasant. She's also a successful entrepreneur and an all round wonderful lady. I particularly have a special love for her because she's also a portable lady, you know we portables stick together.😊

Yes that's enough talk, let's get right to it! It's quite lengthy, but I'm sure you'd love it!

A: Hello! Can you please introduce yourself?

F: I am Oluwadamilola Fisayo Adediran currently at the Nigerian law school. I am …

#mondayinspiration || 10 Life Lessons From 'The Internship'

Long time no movie post! Yeah, I know, I've also missed it. The last time there was a movie post was sometime in January where we sharedlife lessons from 2 broke girls, if you haven't read that post, you definitely should check it out!

'The internship' is also one of my favourite movies of all time and I can't even count the number of times I've seen it. Last night I saw it again, and this time I wasn't just laughing, (yes it's very hilarious) but I was taking notes on some valuable lessons which I'll be sharing with you today.

I hope your weekend was well spent? Mine was too short! 😝

Let's get to it...

1) Don't Let The Close of One Door Keep You From Opening Another: Sometimes, when life hands us lemons, we're so focused on the sour taste that we forget that we can make a lemonade drink out of it. Billy and Nick lost their job but didn't let that deter them from looking for another job with Google. They had no idea at all what the…

The moment I first discovered TedTalks, I was blown away, especially because I watched some very 'deep' ones a few of which I talked about here on the blog.
Since then I tried to stick to a weekly plan of watching TedTalks weekly, well yeah i haven't been able to do that so much, but when I have the time, I try to stay inspired with some of these talks.

Today's post is on three talks i recently watched and thought to share. I am confident that it will make you begin to see things very differently. It is not a long post at all as I will just put up the links to these posts and tell you a bit about them, it's now left for you to go and discover the gem yourself.

1) Success, Failure and the drive to keep creating by Elizabeth Gilbert:This talk lasted for only 7 minutes but trust me when I say it was power packed!
Key point: You need to find what is 'home' to you and do everything within your will to always go back there.

#Mondayinspiration || 5 Easy Ways To Stay Organised!

Thank You, Thank You and Thank You!
I am so grateful to all of you guys for your love and warm wishes that you showered on me yesterday, God bless you abundantly and may you be remembered for good.

So yeah, birthday over, it's back to work!
Today's #mondayinspiration post talks about very easy tips to staying organised.

For quite a number of us, we end up with the case of monday blues because we're simply not prepared for the new week. Now I'll be real with you, there's no automatic way to feel better about mondays especially, but I think there are ways to make it better and to end up with a productive week eventually. Staying organised is definitely one of those things.

Stay with me...

1) Keep a Planner or Journal Handy: I have shared a post here talking about reasons why you need a planner or a goal book. It makes you organise your thoughts because sometimes they get pretty overwhelming! Writing them down not only makes you remember, but helps you monitor them. …

Dear Birthday Girl,

It's another beautiful year! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽˆπŸŽˆ Wasn't it just like yesterday when you were having so much fun with the squad in calabar? Eating cake and taking pictures? How time flies indeed!

I'm so thankful for how far you've come, the mistakes, the lessons, the achievements, the humble beginnings, the good times, the bad times and most importantly your relationship with Abba, I know it's been great so far! 😊

Now I know this past year has been a HANDFUL, believe me I know.

I mean the provision of the job and the almost immediate loss of that same job, the sleepless and traumatic nights over the  'Adeolu scare' as I like to call it, let's face it, how does one really get over the near-death experience of their only brother? Ha! The devil really tried himself that day πŸ˜©πŸ˜† but is it not the same boy that still turned 17 yesterday? God is great! how about all the many fights and misunderstandings with loved ones out of fraustration that alwa…

Happy New Month Guys!

Let me officially welcome you to my month, the beautiful month of AugustπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

I honestly can't believe we've already gone this far into the year, God is really great! I'm thankful for each and every one of you making it this far, I pray that this month will usher in good tidings, and together we will see the end of 2017 and even beyond. Amen!

So for today's post, I want to catch you up on what's been going on in my life lately. Like I explained in the previous Life Lately post, it's a common trend with bloggers, its our way of taking stock for the previous month, as well as getting personal with you guys!

Here goes...

I am,

Taking: One step at a time, because there's no need to rush, it's like learning to fly... but you get right? Direction is more profitable than speed.

Finding: Nemo... Okay, bad joke

Learning: How to master the art of staying calm when I'm pissed,  My dad says I'm always attacking him πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Fascinated: B…

There's a certain kind of joy that comes with writing a wishlist, it's similar to writing a prayer request. It's like you're putting it out there and just hopeful that it has happened already.

So guys, my birthday is a week away, which is so surreal by the way! I mean, August already? Anyway, this post is a compilation of some of the things a girl dreams of having for her birthday. A girl can dream right?

Here goes...

1) MONEY: Lots and Lots of it! I already know that Abba is on this particular matter, so I'm alright.

2) Piper Tassel Bag From Shopmaju: So, I've been looking to get a new handbag for a while now, but my bank account has been telling me that my old ones are still very beautiful.πŸ˜†
Maju has my heart on a norm, but when I saw this bag, in fact, I was love-struck, hopefully I'll get it soon.

3) Embroidered Sneakers: It's embroidery season! Everywhere you look, there's just something with that little flower on it and honestly, it really d…
